Itemization Highlights
Unique Item Overhauls
- Grand Spectrum: Sapphire variant now grants 6% Elemental Resistance per socketed Grand Spectrum (buffed from 4%).
- Mahuxotl's Machination: Soul Core effect increased massively to 66-333% (was 100%).
- Sandstorm Visage: Inflicts Critical Weakness every second for 15-20s (was fixed at 15s).
- The Adorned: Effect of Jewel Socket Passives with Corrupted Magic Jewels increased to 0-150% (was 0-100%).
- Major Armour Buffs:
- Assailum: 200-300% increased Armour/Evasion (buffed from 50-100%).
- The Brass Dome: 700-800% increased Armour (buffed from 400-500%).
- Perfidy: 300-450% increased Armour/Evasion (buffed from 100-150%).
- Morior Invictus: 300-400% increased defences; also received huge buffs to per-socket bonuses (Life, Mana, Resists, etc.).
- Svalinn: Now takes 0-20% of Damage from Blocked Hits (nerfed/adjusted from 15-20%).
- Lioneye's Glare: Barrageable attacks repeat +2 times if no enemies are present (buffed from +1).
- The Whispering Ice: Massive buffs to Intelligence scaling, flat Spell Levels (+5-7), and Exposure effect (50-60%).
- The Covenant: Now grants the Life Remnants skill.
Base Item Changes & Rune Rework
- Rune System Rename: "Runes" are now "Augments". Rune Sockets are now "Augment Sockets".
- Socket Limit Hard Cap: Nearly all specific Runes (now Augments) like Farrul’s Rune, Saqawal’s Rune, etc., are now Limited to 1 per item. Existing items with too many will be disabled until fixed.
- Bow Modifiers: "Additional Arrows" modifier disabled. Replaced with "Surpassing Chance to fire an additional arrow" ranging from 25% to 200%.
- Stave Buffs: Spell Damage and elemental damage mods on Staves are 33% stronger.
- Focus Nerf: Foci can no longer roll the top 2 tiers of spell damage modifiers.
- Weapon Base Types:
- Mauls: Adjusted damage and attack speeds; several gained "Crushes Enemies on Hit" implicit.
- Spears: Rebalanced attack speeds and base damage; new implicits for specific bases (e.g., Bleed speed on Spiked Spears, Deflection on Crossblade Spears).
- Essence Adjustments:
- Essence of Sorcery: Spell damage values significantly buffed across all tiers.
- Perfect Essence of Battle: Reduced +Attack Skill Levels (now +3 for 1H, +5 for 2H).
Trial of the Sekhemas
- Relic Locker: Added to every end-of-floor reward room.
- Trap Mitigation Nerf: Relic modifiers "Acrobatic" and "Limber" provide less damage reduction against traps.
